armenian word for space is տիեզերք [tiezerk’], which literally means ‘big edge’: ‘ti’ - big, and ‘ezerk’’ - edge.
other dictionary states that first time the usage of the word was noticed in 6th century manuscript.
i wonder how people did know (or guess?) so much time ago, that the space is not infinite.
