To install,
  - set environment variables (look in ~/topot.sh).
  - change file names if your file system is case-sensitive (~/scripts/chnames.sh).
   cd $(POT)/lib/Core; make
   cd ..; make
   cd $(POT)/src; make
   cp pOt $(POT)/bin

 build the libraries using pOt, and rebuild the compiler.
