How to get an English version of the IdeaList tools
----------------------------------------------------

Just  replace  the  following German resource files by the English ones, you 
find in this Folder:

  BLINEX.RSC
  IDEAFORM.RSC
  IDEABOOK.RSC

Also there are user manuals for every program you should exchange too:
  BLINEX.TXT
  IDEAFORM.TXT
  IDEABOOK.TXT

Don't  forget  do make a backup of the original German files before starting 
to work!

Indeed that's all you have to do!
