Before looking at the READ_ME.2ND file, switch to high resolution
and use the WARP 9 Control Panel to load the PC8_8X16.FNT file.  If
you do not have high resolution available, you can still get the full
effect of READ_ME.2ND by printing the file to an HP DeskJet or other
printer that uses a "PC8" character set.  (Otherwise, READ_ME.2ND will
look, uh, dumb.)
