 1Helpfile: Execute program
The function 'Execute program' enables you to execute
another program from TRAPIDO.
Selecting the program to run can be done with either
the fileselector or the keyboard.

A commandline can be passed to the program, it should
be entered behind 'CMD:'.

%F on the commandline will bring up a fileselector,
%P will give a dialog in which you can enter a commandline.
 2Helpfile: F-key programs
The functionkeys, in combination with the ALTERNATE key,
can be used to execute programs.
Every program is entitled to its own commandline.

%F and %P work as described one page earlier (Execute
program).

These functionkeys are saved when you select 'F-keys' in
the 'Save ...' dialog.
 3Helpfile: Load files.
You can load files by selecting the appropriate button.
Clicking multiple buttons allows you to load multiple
files. After clicking OK, you will be presented with
the corresponding fileselectors for the selected files.
 4Helpfile: Saving files.
You can save files by selecting the appropriate button(s).
Clicking multiple buttons allows you to save multiple
files. After clicking OK, you will be presented with
the corresponding fileselectors for the selected files.

Speaks for itself. You can either type in the name of
the path where to create the folder, or you can click on
'Path' to select a path using the fileselector.
 7Helpfile: Serial port configuration.
Here you can edit all of the parameters required for the
serial port. 
The 38400 BPS on the second serial port of the TT is still
being tested ...
 8Helpfile: Edit function keys.
You can assign a string to a function key or to a shifted
function key (press function key while holding SHIFT).

This is only available in the terminal, and NOT in dialogs!
 9Helpfile: <<<TRAPIDO<<<
The menubar will automatically 'drop-down', when you move
your mouse to the top of the screen.
This is necessary to get a good terminal-emulation on a
normal ST-resolution.

In future versions of <<<TRAPIDO<<< this will be selectable.

On top of the shortcuts in the menubar, you can use:

        <INSERT> = VT102 / ANSI
        <ALT><H> = Drop carrier (hang up)

All of the settings in the in the statusline can be
altered by clicking on them.

Most of them are also available through menus.

Because some online-editors are rather slow, it can
happen that they drown in your ASCII-upload.

This causes missing characters and strange words.

The correct number for the delay can only be found by
experimenting with it ...
13Helpfile: Entry in the dialdirectory.
Apart from the standard data, like phonenumber and BBS
name, you can enter the emulation, the scriptfiles and
some other things.

You can also clip the screen to 80*24 characters.
14Helpfile: Modemtype.
Because modems can differ from each other a lot, you can
load / save a modemtype, if you choose to do so.

You MUST enter the response-codes of the modem, the init-
string and the dial-string, the rest is optional.
15Helpfile: Autobaud
The autobaud function tells <<<TRAPIDO<<< to adjust
the modem<->computer to the modem<->modem speed.

For locked baudrate modems, like HST modems, we advise
you to turn this function off ...

Alternate-Return : this switch determines whether the
                   default button is selected by pressing
                   return, or by pressing ALT-return.

'Quit Y/N' Dialog: this determines whether <<<TRAPIDO<<<
                   should ALWAYS ask "Quit Y/n". Normally
                   this only happens when there's a carrier.

Center dialogs   : this determines whether <<<TRAPIDO<<<
                   should center every dialog before showing
                   it to you. If not, the dialog will appear
                   at it's previous position.

Mousespeeder     : because our mousespeeders always cause
                   problems, its now optional to turn it on
                   or off.

Hide menubar     : not yet :) ... In future versions, it's
                   optional to show or hide the menubar.

Show shortcuts   : this determines whether the shortcuts
                   in the menubar are to be viewed in IBM or
                   ATARI format.

Clear cost meter : this determines whether the cost meter
                   should be cleared when a carrier is
                   detected.

Logfile          : this determines whether <<<TRAPIDO<<< should
                   write a logfile when you exit the program.
                   This logfile is Binkley compatible.

Clear online timer : this determines whether the online
                     timer should be cleared when a carrier
                     has been detected.

OverScan bordertest: this enables the special feature of
                     AutoSwitch OverScan.

Sound volume       : sets the volume for all of <<<TRAPIDO<<'s
                     sounds.

Here, you can set up <<<TRAPIDO<<<'s cost meter. The selection
between the normal and the cheap rate can be made manually, or
automatically.
For this, you can use the options:
        - Time
        - Weekend
        - Celebration day
In Germany all options should be set.

80 * 24 limitation : for BBSs that rely on a locked

Extended BBS settings can be set over here, like the
scriptfile or the answerstring.

If no answerstring is specified, <<<TRAPIDO<<< will
use the answerstring specified in the modem settings
dialog.
