Special addendum documentation!!  1/30/93

There should be TWO versions of the same program in this archive, one called
SERFX20.PRG and one called SERFX20X.PRG.  The SERFX20.PRG is to be used, along
with the SERIALFX.CPX file, in conjunction with the Extensible Control Panel
from Atari Corp.  The SERFX20X.PRG was a special favor to me from Bill Penner
that I am passing on to you (with his permission).  This special version only
requires that you place it somewhere in the AUTO folder.  It doesn't need the
Extensible Control Panel (which is a SERIOUS memory hog!!) and automatically
locks RTS/CTS to the on position (requiring a total of 4K of RAM).  This is
much more suitable for all the one-meg-of-RAM sufferers out there.  I spent
a total of two hours on the phone with Mr. Penner setting up my modem so if
you have any questions, DON'T hesitate to send me E-mail or (for those of you
