Converts a SparcStation .au sound (13->8-bit uLaw encoded samples) to ST
format (8-bit unsigned samples).

usage: sparc2st sparc.au stformat.snd

Conversion can be done in place; i.e., source and destination file names
can be the same.

SparcStation .au files are always 8 kHz samples.

The converted sounds almost always sound lousy.
