This is the first release of QD Play that is not completely backward compatible with prior versions. The PLAY.INF parsing routine has been completely rewritten to allow all valid command line arguments to be given in the .INF file as well. This corrects some serious brain-damage in earlier versions; thanks to Ed Krimen for reminding of the problem. The main result is that blank lines and the old {name} specifiers are now prohibited in PLAY.INF. Now PLAY.INF lines are identical to command lines (except that the command name, play, is omitted).
