laSTliST update file in English for version 1.5

                                  Updates

     * A  bug  report from  Rolf  Sunde,  Norway,  came  in.  LaSTliST 
       generated  errors if there were a comma (,) in  some  datalines 
       from  the  users record.  This is now fixed,  and  thereby  the 
       program  uses a new format in LASTUSER.DAT,  so  please  delete 
       your old file.

     * Some  minor  changes has been made in the layout of  the  VT-52 
       colour and mono screens, ASCII and ANSI is as they was.

     * Older versions wrote "MACRO 9" in Binkley's config  file.  I've 
       changed that to "SYSTEM", so now you can se who was on last and 
       when,  directly on screen in a friendly way. Remember that this 
       IS optional, so if you MUST have your Systems name in "SYSTEM", 
       use your name, don't let LaSTliST corrupt it!

     * The  program does  not  write the  lastuser-screens if the user
       dropped the carrier.  It's quite ugly to have the wrong user in
       the lists!


     I hope you enjoy this version of the program as much as I do.
     
     It is recommended to delete the file LASTLIST.DAT sometimes.  The
     file just keep on growing, so it can be very BIG at the ends, and
     if it is TOO BIG, laSTliST bombs out with two bombs!
