Version 1.01beta1 of BinkleyTerm Event file editor

More bugs have been reported and, hopefully, fixed.

I think I've got rid of bugs concerning lost comments as reported by 
Steven. Please let me know if these still plague you.

Hopefully the crash after the Save file selector is invoked with just 
<CR> pressed, reported by Daron, will not occur any more although I 
can't guarantee that.

Daron was a bit confused with the Evt# in the left margin being 
applied to comments also, so I've replaced most or all of the 
occurences of "Event" to "Line".

Editing a line directly with the [E] command from the main menu did 
not update the top half of the screen. This has now been fixed. (And 
for once, this is a bug that I spotted!)

A cosmetic change for when editing a remark after there not having 
been one before on a line starting with "Event". The "None" on the 
screen is deleted before you have to type the new remark in.

Daron wanted the program to try and detect the current path upon 
initialisation, so I've added a few bits and bobs to hopefully achieve 
this and automatically load BINKLEY.EVT if it's found in the current 
directory. This is untested as of yet.

Bugs that haven't been fixed
============================

Steven reported two more bugs which I have been unable to locate the 
cause of at the moment; these include the End-time detection in the 
first line of his event file, and a problem with scrolling that I 
thought I'd fixed.

Future enhancements
===================

Due to overwhelming popular demand, a nice formatting option will soon 
be added! This seems to be the most wanted feature of this program.
