ATariNet File Distribution Network file mover Copyright (c) 1993 Saturn One Software And Mike Graham Version 2.14 Compiled 10/26/1993 Files Included: ANETMOVE.PRG, ANETMOVE.CFG, ANETMOVE.ASC, FILE_ID.DIZ Support Files needed: STZIP.PRG or ZIPJR, LHARC.TTP, ARC.TTP, ZOO.TTP BINKLEY files available list (OKFILE.TXT) *** Changes to 2.14 Corrected a minor bug in the way AnetMove handles the FILE_ID.DIZ *** Changes to 2.10 Beside the bug fix I did away with the need to read the the forem dat file and you need to replace line 3 of the Anetmove config file with the complete path and name of your binkley file request list. This program now appends the files to to this list. *** About Anetmove I created this program as a simple project to move the files coming in from the AFDN to the proper file bases and this is the result. It has grown into more than just the simple program it started out to be. I hope you find my program useful. If you do I would request a $5.00 shareware fee and for that you get my gratitude and future support. Anyway the program is very easy to set up. Read and edit the anetmove.cfg file included in this archive. all lines that begin with ";" are comments and are ignored by Anetmove. This is all you need to get the program running. Just edit the cfg file to suit your system and place both files together in the same directory and off you go. Program was designed to be run from a batch file. Features: * On errors that I didn't trap program will generate a ANETMOVE.ERR file. all you have to do is Netmail me this file and the log file. It contains everything I need to know about your system. * Checks to make sure file is what extender claims it is and updates the language field for compression type or ASC. Examples: LZH -lh0- LZH -lh1- LZH -lh5- ZIP ZIP -sfx- ARC ASC If not one of the above will default to file extender. Will not change the file extender as some files needed to be passed in the network with special extenders, such as the nodelist that are sent with julian date as extender. * Checks to see if file already exist in the DIR file and if it does will write an entry in the log. Will not update .DIR file * Logs to disk or printer * Adds all information to the dir file. No need for you to do a thing. * Auto Delete of files added with set number of days in config file. * If FILE_ID.DIZ file found in archive will replace file description with description of FILE_ID_DIZ * Now added support to update the files available list for Binkley file request. If you want to send some Money send $5.00 to: Please, no personal checks! All money will go to upgrading to a larger harddrive. I currently have a 20 meg megafile and need to upgrade to at least a 40 meg MFM drive. If you have one laying around I could use it! Mike Graham 1280 Settlers Loop E. For errors I have an extensive error system installed that creates a file called ANETMOVE.ERR. Just send me this file and the log file and I should be able to fix the program quickly. A message telling me you got an error -114 tells me nothing that is what the combination of the two files is for. I have tried to trap as many errors as I have run into and the program is stable. But things do sneek in so if you send me those two files I can fix the program very quickly. Ask Bill, The last error I got from him I fixed and had a new version uploaded in about 20 minutes and that included editing, compiling, testing and archiving. Future: 1) Support for other than Forem and Turbo 1 systems. I need to know the file and configuration formats. So if you want to use this program on your system Netmail me the formats and I will add them. I would Like to thank Bill Scull of the Twilight Zone BBS for his testing and suggestions and also to Don Liscombe for some routines I needed for the FILE_ID.DIZ addition now here. Also to the person from Germany who sent me a very extensive text file I received in Netmail on the Zip format. These German guy's are sharp and very helpful. Also to Erik Williams for sending me his C source for his Maxi*move, I added the OKFILE.TXT thanks to his code. If this version is stable for awhile I am going to start porting the program to Pure C. Thanks guy's!!! Disclaimer: This software and its documentation are SHAREWARE at $5.00. You may copy them freely for non comercial purposes only.
