AMail - Main Menu Help

   The main menu has 5 options available:
 
 
                   A - Select Conferences
                   B - Pack Mail 
                   C - Change Options
                   D - Download packed mail
                   E - Upload Reply packet.

                   F - Download prepacked mail

Option A allows you to select which message areas you wish to download from.

Option B starts the packing process, and will archive the files for you.
         Note: This can take a VERY long time if you have a lot of mail.

Option C Allows you to change your options (with further help)

Option D Lets you download your mail, once it has been packed. 

Option E Lets you upload your replies, and then unpacks them into the message
         areas.

Option F (if displayed) will allow you to download the waiting mail.
