This document has been prepared by Commander Sherwood, and only he,
you and myself are aware of the full extent of this sensitive

this nation that almost three years ago the ship SS Delta made an
exciting and economically miraculous discovery whilst on a routine
tour of duty in the Southern Ocean.  The Delta was probing the silt
and drilling into the rock, searching for the rarest commodities in
the modern world:  Fossil Fuels and essential industrial metals.
