Runner has been split into several separate .ARC files (they
may be .LZH or .ZIP files, depending on where you find them).

RUNR161N.ARC - lists new stuff and program features, get this to 
               decide if the rest will be useful to you.
RUNR161P.ARC - program files
RUNR161D.ARC - documentation files (includes all in RUNR161N.ARC)
RUNR161B.ARC - background pictures and picture config files

RUNR161D is highly recommended if you get RUNR161P.  RUNR161B is 
optional but has some good examples of animation, using Regions, 
and template (guide) files for creating your own background pics.
