Poker Squares v1.0

     Poker Squares is a card game for one player.  There are some 
     instructions in the game itself under the options button but they
     are brief as it`s a fairly simple game to learn.  
     The best way I have found to play the game is to go for flushes 
     vertically and try and get as many pairs/full houses/threes of a
     kind etc going across.  I reckon scores of over a hundred are 
     pretty good and anything over 115 is excellent. 

     If you exit the game by clicking on the "Quit" button (in options)
     with the left mouse button your high score can be saved to disk.
     Clicking it with the right mouse button avoids this if you wish to
     keep your disk write protected.
 
     Poker Squares was written in AMOS using Deluxe Paint III and IV. 
     The music is by MYK.  MYK can be contacted through me for
     information on his extensive tunes back catalogue which features 
     a melody for every occasion.

     If you enjoy playing this game you can :-

         1) Send me a postcard telling of any bugs, improvements which
            could be made, your high scores, tactics etc. 

         2) Send me £5 sterling.  This fee entitles you to all future 
            versions of Poker Squares plus the two player/computer 
            opponent version of Dice-O (A five dice game which 
            involves rolling the dice and trying to make hands - 
            there`s a board game of a (very) similar nature).

     document file are present and unchanged and only a small charge for 
     administration is charged.

     Poker Squares is A500+/600 compatible and works with NTSC.

             pokerhi                (High score - It`s not essential)

     NB : If LIBS/diskfont.library is not found an `Out Of Memory` 
          message will be displayed.
