Motorola Invaders II - Readme file
**********************************

Erm... hello everybody! Hope you are having a nice day... I've just
made this game possible to play from disks, it's pretty late and I'm
pretty tired. I've had the strangest problems... this game worked well
so long as I started it from the hard drive; but when I tried to start
it from a disk, it didn't work. Ten minutes ago I came up with a solution:
copying the game to the ram drive and starting it from there. It worked.
This game refuses to be started from a disk, but starting from anything
else seems to work just fine. Can't see why. If you know, tell me. Now I
suppose I could write about the game itself, but that's pretty unnecessary,
as there are info screens within the game. And the game itself is quite
self-explanatory. I could of course tell you how to install the game on
a hard drive:

1. Copy all the files on both disks (except the traced pics) to a
   directory of your choice.

2. Add these lines to your startup-sequence:
   Assign Motorola1: <your dir>
   Assign Motorola2: <your dir>

That should do it. I hope.

Another thing that you should think of if you start the game from Workbench
is to use a 50Hz screen. I've not bothered to check that. That means that if
you're using a multisync monitor and running Workbench at, say 800x600
pixels, the game will look VERY strange. Don't.

And, well, I could always include my address:

Martin Rebas
Osternasvagen 17
431 36 MOLNDAL
SWEDEN

Don't send me anything. I've been working hard to make my life dull, and
a letter might accidentally cheer me up. And then all sorts of strange things
could happen, like me starting to code on another game. And we wouldn't want
that, would we?

Above lines should be read as ironic. Do send me something.

Can't really think of anything more to write. Hope you're enjoying my
game, or at the very least enjoying finding grammatical errors in this text.

Have a happy Easter!
