The ASP is an organization of software authors, shareware disk
vendors, and bulletin board system (BBS) operators, devoted to the
success of shareware.  One way ASP helps you, the user of
shareware, is its Ombudsman service.

REGISTERED VERSION WARRANTY:

TIMPANOGOS SOFTWARE warrants the diskette(s) and documentation
provided with registered version.  If your copy has a defect in
materials or construction, then TIMPANOGOS SOFTWARE must receive a
written notice within 90 (ninety) days after your register.  If
TIMPANOGOS SOFTWARE finds that your notice is correct, then
TIMPANOGOS SOFTWARE will replace the defective diskette(s) or
documentation.

The licensor limits the liability and remedy for breach of this
Limited Warranty.  The limit is to replace the defective
diskette(s) or documentation.  The liability and remedy don't
include or extend to any claim for or right to recover any other
damages.  These damages include such things as loss of profit,
data, or use of the software, or special, incidental, or
consequential damages, or other similar claims.  This limit of
liability and remedy hold even if someone has specifically advised
the licensor of the possibility of such damages.

In no event will the licensor's liability for any damages ever
exceed the lower of suggested list price or the price paid for the
license.
