WinNET to adjust the "Date:" field of your USENET news postings
to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT, aka Universal Coordinated Time).

Please select a time zone from the list that best approximates 
your local time zone.  If no time zone appears for your location,
please refer to the (GMT+-) notation following each time zone
listed, and select one that is the same number of hours ahead of
(+) or behind (-) GMT.  Don't worry if the county description
is irrelevent; this doesn't appear in your News posts.  It is
only used to understand what time it is in your location relative
to GMT.
