Allows you to mark any Window as 
"Always-on-Top" (like Windows Help) even if 
it wasn't programmed that way. For example, 
keep the Calculator on top of Excel, or 
clipboard on top of Write. Can also front-end 
programs to always start "on-top". Shareware.
