Most screens will have default settings, such as '[Y/n]' indicating a 'Yes', allowing you to just press the ENTER or RETURN key to proceed to the next logical step. If you do not want to accept the default setting then you must explicitly press the key on the keyboard of the lower case key. For example: [Y/n] means press the letter 'N' if you do NOT want to accept the default 'Y'. \~ \~#2. Pressing F1 almost anywhere in the system will bring up context sensitive help screens. They will explain your options in more detail giving you more specific information about the area of the screen or system you are in. These help screens should answer any questions you may have. \~ \~#3. Pressing the ESC key (usually on the upper left part of your keyboard) will back you out of where you are. So if you find yourself someplace where you do not want to be just press the ESC key several times till you get back to where you want to be. \~ \`SCREEN15 \|GENERAL STEPS TO USE PUBLIC ACCESS \~ \~Welcome to PUBLIC ACCESS.
