Enter the starting time for this event, in this format:

    HH:MM

The time is given as on a 24-hour clock:

    08:00    is  8:00 A.M.
    23:30    is 11:30 P.M.

After the time is entered, it will be displayed in expanded format.

These are the functions performed when the following key is pressed:

F1 - Display Help Screen.

F6 - Accept all event changes.

ESC - Cancel all event changes.

TAB, Enter - Go to Task list field. If this is a type 'O' event, Tab will
             go to the Interval field.

Shift-Tab  - Go to Date field.
