Each event is defined with a list of tasks, the starting date and time, and
an interval when the event is repeated.

For example, a event could be defined which executes the tasks which perform
a daily update, and daily reports. The event would be defined as a daily
event, and would begin on a given date, at a specific time. Each task
required is listed in the order it is to be performed.

These are the functions performed when the following key is pressed:

F1 - Display Help Screen.

F2 - Edit event
     Change the existing parameters for the event.

F3 - Add event
     Create a new event, and enter the parameters.

F4 - Delete event
     Delete an existing event. The event selected will be deleted. EVENTMAN
     will ask you to confirm before the event is deleted.

F6 - Return to task list.
