Each task has a name, a description, and the DOS commands which define what
the task will do.

The name may from 1 to 8 characters.

The description may be up to 60 characters long.

Enter the name and description for the task.


These are the functions performed when the following key is pressed:

F1 - Display Help Screen.

Enter - Create the new task.

ESC - Cancel
