     The CTS Serial Port Utilities is shareware. The exclusive copyrights to
     this program are held by Computer Telecommunication Systems, Inc.

                             WHAT IS SHAREWARE?
     ------------------------------------------------------------------
     Shareware is a distribution (or marketing) method that gives you the
     opportunity to try out software before making your purchase decision.
     It has become a major force in the software industry, helping to reduce
     software prices and eliminate copy protection schemes. If you try the
     CTS Serial Port Utilities package and continue using it, you are
     required to register.

     You are encouraged to copy the CTS Serial Port Utilities Shareware
     diskette(s) and share them freely with others. You may try out the
     complete program at your own pace, and then decide if the CTS Serial Port

     After you have used the CTS Serial Port Utilities (SPU) package for
     a reasonable evaluation period (not to exceed 30 days) you must
     either stop using it or buy a licensed copy from Computer
     Telecommunication Systems, Inc.
