Notes for CONFIG.FR and AUTOEXEC.FR

This CONFIG.SYS / AUTOEXEC.BAT pair runs both on the user's work system and
home system, and he used to have a main menu

            Where are you now?
               I'm at &Home
               I'm at &Work

with a submenu for each computer. Now he's letting BOOT.SYS tell the
difference:
