TextOut/5 version 2.0 has the following enhancements to version 1.3:

    -  can preserve aspects of page formatting, such as left margins, 
       top margins, page breaks, and line spacing.
    -  greatly expanded marking of attributes and formatting codes
       to allow translation of WP documents into desktop publishing, 
       typesetting, and word processing packages
    -  user control of the location of footnotes and endnotes (in the text 
       where they appear or collected at the end of the file)
    -  can read processing-option preferences from a file instead of the
       command line.
    -  can translate WordPerfect comments into the ASCII file.
    -  can restrict the output file to only the "standard" ASCII
       characters (no special characters)
    -  runs twice as fast
