             SWIMPROG.EXE   Self-extracting archive containing the Main
                            SwimBase Program file (SWIM.EXE).

             SWIMDOCS.EXE   Self-extracting archive containing the
                            SwimBase program manual, index and table
                            of contents. (SWIMBASE.MAN, .IDX & .TOC)

             UPDATE.DOC     Information on upgrading from version 1.6x to
                            version 2.00
