ÿ                    WHAT DO WE OFFER ?

     As  Beacon  Hill  House,  Publishers,  we  have offered
writers of manuscripts a flat royalty fee of 25% of the  Net
Profit on whatever we sell.  As The 45 RPM Music Company, to
producers  of  music,  we  offer the same.  If your music is
acceptable and if you are the sole artist presented in  that
program, you will be paid a royalty of 25% of the Net Profit
on  all  that we sell.  If more than one artist is presented
in the program,  then  the  royalties  will  be  apportioned
accordingly.  ALL ARTISTS USED will be given the appropriate
credits   in   the   opening  screens  and  in  the  "flyer"
documentation that accompanies the program.  If the  musical
files are later used to produce a CD for commercial sales in
record  shops, the same royalties apply.  (Movement into the
CD market is already in our planning stage and will be  done
probably within the next two to three years.)
