We  have  already reviewed over 3,000 ROL, MIDI and CMF
files, selecting the best for our MusicBox Series.  The best
1,000 have been used in ten MusicBox programs, which will be
distributed commercially and through the ShareWare market.

     Unfortunately, because many of  these  were  downloaded
from  PC Bulletin Boards, we have no idea whatsoever who the
creators of these wonderful music files may be.   Maybe  you
may have created one or more of these files.  (If so, I want
to know about it NOW !)

     For  each disk in The MusicBox that is sold, $1.00 will
be set aside in an Interest-bearing Account for a period  of
One year.  During that year, if an Electronic Musician comes
forth  with  IRREFUTABLE PROOF that he/she is the creator of
one or more of the music files in The MusicBox Series,  then
that   person  will  receive  a  pro-rated  portion  of  The
Musician's Fund.  If, at the end of the year,  we  have  had
no  "takers"  on  our offer, then the entire contents of the
fund will be donated to a suitable charity  (i.e.   Kathrine
Hepburn's Childrens' Fund.)
