The 45 RPM Music Company and its parent company, Beacon
Hill House, Publishers are moving into the commercial realm.
Arrangements  are  being  made to incorporate both companies
as separate corporate entities under  the  corporation  laws
of  the  State  of  Nevada  within  the next sixty to ninety
days.  As you may have noticed, Beacon  Hill  House  already
has  its  own  ISBN  Number  and  is  listed as a legitimate
commercial publisher.  Currently, that ISBN is being  shared
with The 45 RPM Music Company.

     The  45  RPM  Music  Company  has  already produced ten
separate MusicBox programs in The MusicBox  Series.   As  we
collect  and/or  produce more ROL, MIDI and CMF music files,
the number of programs available in The MusicBox Series will
be expanded to 15 ...  20 ...  or perhaps more "volumes."

     At  the  same  time,  Beacon Hill House, Publishers, is
busy, as well.   Manuscripts  are  being  converted  to  our
Hypertext/Multi-Media  hybrid  format  that will allow us to
release  at  least  twelve  or  more  "diskbooks"  in  1994.
Several  major  book  distributors have already expressed an
interest in our products.
