            SUMMARY OF STATE'S WITHOUT LIVING WILL LAWS

The state that you are interested in does not have a living will
law, through our last round of research, which ended in August,
1989. Certain states may have judicial decisions which validate
living wills; however, it is beyond the purpose of this package
which is to limit the preparation of documents to simple 
documents that do not present any problems of interpretation.
It is recommended that you prepare a uniform living will and
a power of attorney and, in most instances, this will result in
the greatest deal of protection possible. Further information is
