WHATS-UP is a tool for use with orbital dynamics and decoding and displaying of Telemetry from the OSCAR satellites. This program is not in the public domain. it is released as Shareware. Create a subdirectory on your hard disk for WHATS-UP. Call it TLM. USe the following DOS commands C:> CD\ MD TLM CD TLM To extract the documentation file, put the floppy disk in drive B:. Log into to drive b, and type WU-DOC C: (hard disk). Similarly, to extract the program type WU-EXE C:. IF you don't have a hard disk, you may extract the files to a blank formatted floppy disk in drive A: If you are not using a PK-232, then rename WHATS-UP.SYS to WPK232.SYS and rename either WKAM.SYS or WMFJ.SYS to WHATS-UP.SYS. IF you are using a TNC1, TNC2, KPC or PK-88, you may use the WHATS-UP.SYS, but edit it according to the documentation.
