WHATS-UP is a tool for use with orbital dynamics and decoding and displaying
of Telemetry from the OSCAR satellites.

This program is not in the public domain. it is released as Shareware. If
you use it, you are expected to Register it.

The files in the package are too big to fit on a single disk so they have
been compressed into 2 self extracting archives.

Create a subdirectory on your hard disk for WHATS-UP. Call it TLM. USe the
following DOS commands

C:> CD\
    MD TLM
    CD TLM

To extract the documentation file, put the floppy disk in drive B:. Log into
to drive b, and type WU-DOC C: (hard disk). Similarly, to extract the
program type WU-EXE C:. IF you don't have a hard disk, you may extract the
files to a blank formatted floppy disk in drive A:

If you are not using a PK-232, then rename WHATS-UP.SYS to WPK232.SYS
and rename either WKAM.SYS or WMFJ.SYS to WHATS-UP.SYS. IF you are using
a TNC1, TNC2, KPC or PK-88, you may use the WHATS-UP.SYS, but edit it
according to the documentation.
