README file - Tiny Tafel Editor v2.00 - 6/2/93 - Christopher E. Long Description The quickest and easiest tiny tafel creation, editing and matching utility ever! Go ahead... Try to prove me wrong! Please refer to DESCRIBE.DOC for a more detailed description. The Shareware Concept Shareware basically means "Try before you buy." If you try a Shareware program and continue using it, you must compensate the author by registering it. Copyright laws apply to both Shareware and commercial software. Shareware authors are accomplished programmers, just like commercial authors, and the programs are of comparable quality. (In both cases, there are good programs and bad ones!) The main difference is in the method of distribution. Shareware is a distribution method, not a type of software. You should find software that suits your needs and pocketbook, whether it's commercial or Shareware. The Shareware system makes fitting your needs easier, because you can try before you buy. And because the overhead is low, prices are low also. Shareware has the ultimate money-back guarantee -- if you don't use the product, you don't pay for it. If you find this program useful and find that you are using the Tiny Tafel Editor after a reasonable trial period, you must make a reg- istration payment of $15 to the author, Christopher E. Long, to support its development. In return, you will be sent the latest version of the editor, an unregistered copy of the Family Scrapbook genealogy program to try out, the latest copy of the Tiny Tafel Collection (TTCS), and may use all future versions of the Tiny Tafel Editor without further obligation. Distribution Please SHARE this shareware! UPLOAD it to a bulletin board. MAIL it to a disk vendor that doesn't advertize it. DONATE it to your user group library. GIVE it to a friend! Tiny Tafel Editor is copyrighted by its author and he retains all rights to it. (Copyright 1992-1993, Christopher E. Long) Disclaimer No warranties are expressed or implied concerning the Tiny Tafel Editor. It is offered in an AS IS condition. The author and distributors of the Tiny Tafel Editor are not liable for the direct or consequential loss or damages that may have resulted from its use and/or misuse. By using this program, you agree to these terms. If the users of this program indicate to me that additional documentation is needed, I will provide it in a future release of the program.
