WHAT IS REQUIRED?
-----------------
  VGA controller and display (320*200)
  AdLib or SoundBlaster card (or better)
  Microsoft compatible mouse (the mouse driver must be loaded)
  DOS 3.32 or higher

IF YOU WANT TO TRY CD-BOX QUICKLY:
----------------------------------
  Create a directory, extract all the files from CDBOX306 into this directory,
  and type RUNME (French users, type TAPEZMOI). More information is in
  "INSTALLATION" in CDBOX.DOC.

IF CD-BOX HANGS WHILE LOADING SONGS:
------------------------------------
  Type CDBOX/D; the faulty song will be displayed on the screen. Erase it or
  move it and run CD-Box again.

.CMF PLAYBACK:
--------------
  SBFMDRV.COM has to be loaded in memory before starting CD-Box.

.ROL PLAYBACK:
--------------
  SOUND.COM has to be loaded in memory before starting CD-Box.

.MOD PLAYBACK:
--------------
  Quality may be improved (or downgraded) by changing the MixingSpeed=
  parameter in CDBOX.CFG. If many of your .MODs don't load, see "TROUBLE WITH
  .MOD FILES" in "trouble-shooting" in CDBOX.DOC. Or wait for CD-Box Gold
  v3.10 which will blow your speakers away... :-)

.MID AND .MUS PLAYBACK:

  These two formats require an external player; see CDBOX.DOC for details.

A QUESTION?

  Many answers are in CDBOX.DOC, simply look at the table of contents until
  you see the header you want. CDBOX/? and CDBOX/D may also prove useful
  someday. If you're stuck, write me.
