Version 2.12 - o Special release - this version was released *ONLY* on the
                 ASP CD-ROM, in order to replace a corrupted version of 
                 2.11. There are no changes from v2.11 at all, and all
                 documentation and program will still refer to it as v2.11.

Version 2.11 - o Minor documentation changes: added credit card ordering
                 information; added CompuServe SWREG registration information.
               o Added SHOW PLATE button to display plate at any time during
                 the information input sequence.

Version 2.10 - o Enhanced the graphic representations of the "buttons"
                 and "switches" in the Printer Setup area.
               o Fixed a minor bug in the printer routines. If a user
                 had selected "Use User Defined Colors" and was printing
                 to a black-n-white printer, the output would sometimes
                 be printed lighter than normal.
               o Corrected a few of the state slogans.
