          package may be obtained directly from Pipedream Software in a
          sealed envelope.


	  The following files are included in the compressed files CASHC.ZIP
	  and CASHC.EXE.  Vendors and Sysops please view list 2 at the
	  bottom of this file.

	List 2		       For Vendors and Sysops

	    The disks mailed out by the ASP have several files 
	    on the disk for your conveniance. The DOC files are
	    placed on the disk so you can view them without opening
	    the archive. These files are also included in the CASHC.ZIP
	    and CASHC.EXE compressed files. 

	    Sysops will only need to place the file CASHC.ZIP in the
	    proper area of their system.

	    Vendors may duplicate the entire disk as per the packing
	    list below.
