Thank you for trying PC-ECAP

    It is necessary to install PC-ECAP before you can use it.
    Because PC-ECAP needs to create data files when it runs, it is
    not possible to run the program directly from a CD-ROM.

    To make installation very easy, an INSTALL program has been
    included.  To install PC-ECAP just type:

         INSTALL

    PC-ECAP may be installed to either a hard drive or a floppy
    diskette.
