  Welcome to See Mail. This program has many advanced features to assist
  you in the task of managing your e-mail. We highly recommend that you
  study the manual provided to fully understand the components and how
  they interact.

  The program consists of the following:

  Binary message attachments tool      Data bank tools for PIM
  Mail folder/cabinet tools              (Personal Information Management)
  Text file editor                     File printing tool
  Text formatting tool                 Archiving tools
  Text file selector                   System configuration tools
  MCI Mail communications              Application Mail Enabling

  The MCI Mail connection is handled by a separate program module.
  This can be optionally loaded as a 29k TSR which will transfer your MCI Mail
  in the background while you work with other programs.

  The archiving uses either the PKZIP or PKXARC file compression programs,
  whichever you have available.
