PC-FOOD will not run correctly from a CD ROM drive.  This is because PC-FOOD
requires "writes" to the disk.  A CD ROM can only "read" information from
the disk.  

To evaluate PC-FOOD, simply COPY all files from the CD ROM subdirectory to
a diskette or to a subdirectory on your hard drive.  Complete instructions 
for the PC-FOOD software are included in the "MANUAL.DOC" file.
