        This is a release fixing a few small problems with PCOPY.

        o  PCOPY would not process 0 byte files with the /AZ
        o  When using the /IFP: parm, if you provided IFP with the root
           directory of any drive, PCOPY not recognize it.
        o  When using /DY, PCOPY would sometimes get confused and
           incorrectly process files.

        o  Adjusted the automatic disk formatting to be more reliable when
           encountering open drives, or incompatible disk types.

        Enhancements:

        o  Added 4DOS descriptions support.  Use the /4 parameter to
           copy/move/get descriptions.  PCOPY will extract the description
           from DESCRIPT.ION and place it in the target directory.

        o  When using an input file list, the exclude files was ignored
           even when /EX was specified

        Enhancements:
        -------------

        o  Added auto formatting to PCOPY.  If an unformatted diskette
           is provided, PCOPY will format it automatically.

        o  /FI now supports more than 300 entries, although using it is
           redundant compared to using /SP.

        o  /DY is now changed to be able to synchronize directories
           trees, or entire drives.  USE THIS WITH CARE, and test the
           command before doing the operation "for real."  Be sure to
           call the Patri-Soft office if you have any questions.

        o  Added 3 new parameters to make batch file processing a little
           easier:

                /QA:xx  Quit After xx number of files.  Handy if you
                only want to copy 1 file or 10 files.

                /AF     Assume file.  If PCOPY would normally query
                about whether the target is a file or dir, this will
                assume that it is a file.

                /AD     Assume Directory.  Same as above, although
                assumes that the target is a directory.
