CMFiler - Registration 3 _____ Site Licenses. . . As noted above, the basic "unit" of registration is the individual user (as opposed, for example, to the individual machine), and the person licensed to use CMFiler by virtue of this registration may have as many copies on as many machines as he/she wishes, under the condition that he/she reasonably assures that those copies are not regularly used by others in a fashion that circumvents their obligation to also register. This concept works fine for the individual user. For a "corporate" user, in which a company or school wishes to provide CMFiler as a workplace resource for employees or students, the company's license may be extended to a license for multiple users in any combination of two ways: 1. The single-user license conferred to the company or one of its officials with the original $30 registration may be extended at any time to any number of additional "unsupported" users at the rate of $7.50 per additional user ($5 per additional student user for schools), with no increment in the original benefits (ie., no additional hard copies of manual will be sent, only one copy of the future upgrade will be sent and technical support will be provided only to the original registrant).
