ECHO    All of the enclosed documentation files, including VENDOR.EXE, 
ECHO ASPVEND.EXE, and SITELIC.EXE, are self-displaying executable text 
ECHO files.  Some of these files contain forms to fill out and mail; 
ECHO for example, businesses desiring to purchase the enclosed program 
ECHO must return a copy of the SITELIC(ense) filled out by a 
ECHO responsible party. To print any of these files, simply use the 
ECHO "T" option and follow the instructions. VENDOR.EXE and 
ECHO ASPVEND.EXE are two files which relate to vendors, schools, and 
ECHO user groups who wish to distribute this program.
