WE RECOMMEND YOU USE THE DIRECTORY "eatwell".

IF YOU HAVE THE COMPRESSED 'FOODSM.EXE' COMPRESSED FILE:
You extract the program and files to any disk which is larger than 
720K (i.e. hard drive, any 3.5 disk, or a high density 5.25 disk) via 
'foodsm X:\DIRECTORY' where X is the drive letter and DIRECTORY is an
optional directory.   If you run out of room, make room and install again.
To install to the current directory where foodsm.exe is, enter 'foodsm'.
To install from a diskette in your a: drive to your hard drive, enter
'a:foodsm c:\eatwell'.  To install from a diskette to another diskette, 
enter 'a:foodsm b:\'.

IF YOU HAVE THE PROGRAMS ALREADY UNCOMPRESSED ON A DISK:
You start the program by changing to the directory (e.g. cd c:\eatwell or
the disk drive e.g. type "a:" <Press Enter>) where you extracted the files
to.  Then type "eatwell" and press enter; the screens guide you easily
