See Mail and its related programs are NOT public domain or freeware! The See
Mail package is a copyrighted software product developed and owned by Gnosis
Inc.

See Mail is distributed as shareware. As such, individuals may evaluate the
See Mail package for a maximum period of 30 days. At the end of the eval-
uation period, if you wish to continue using it, you must register your copy
with Gnosis Inc. To register refer to the ORDER file enclosed for details of
the different licenses available. All payments must be in U.S. dollars.

Upon receipt of your registration, a copy of the registered version of the See
Mail software package will be sent to you. Included in the registered version
is a printed copy of the See Mail manual, plus extra tools to enhance your use
of See Mail. In addition, you will be entitled to technical support and future
releases at a reduced price.

Shareware disk distributors, computer user groups and computer bulletin boards
may distribute the unregistered version of See Mail without a distribution
license provided the See Mail package is not modified, and a fee not to exceed
$15 is charged for such distribution.

THE SEE MAIL PRODUCT IS LICENSED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PERFORMANCE, OR
OTHERWISE. ALL WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. BY USING THE SEE MAIL
PRODUCT, YOU AGREE THAT NEITHER DAVID WEBBER NOR GNOSIS INC NOR ANY OFFICERS,
DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AFFILIATES, OWNERS, OR OTHER RELATED
PARTIES WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY USE OF (OR INABILITY
TO USE) OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER WHETHER
BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE EVEN IF WE ARE NOTIFIED OF SUCH
POSSIBILITY IN ADVANCE. (SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION
OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE FOREGOING LIMITATION MAY NOT
