While many companies still take the Bismarckian view in dealing with
their employees, the times are changing, and most good employees
these days expect a little bit more from their employer.

The following worksheet is designed to be filled out by you, in order
to help you focus on the types of personnel policies you will adopt.

can fill in right on the screen.  (See the instructions below).
