California has not enacted any tax rules comparable to the
special federal provisions for Domestic International Sales
Corporations (DISCs) or Foreign Sales Corporations (FSCs).
Thus a DISC or an FSC is taxed under California law in the
same way as any other corporations, and the special federal
treatment of DISC or FSC dividends has no effect on the
California tax treatment of those dividends.
