You are ^1given a place name and you have to click on one of the marked ^1locations. You lose a life each time you make a wrong guess, but you ^1do have plenty of lives to play with. ^2 Another Geography program asks you to pick out the name of a country ^2whose flag is displayed at the top of the screen. ^1 The third Geography program asks you to choose the Capital city and ^1currency of a given country. ^2 Daisyagram tests out your skill at anagrams. The letters making up ^2the word rotate around a daisy while you try to make up the correct ^2solution. ^1 Word Dunk is a cute version of Hangman where your character, Smiley ^1Smile gets dunked in a tub of water if you fail to guess the word. ^2 Word Mix gives you a string of letters from which you have to make ^2two smaller words. The only thing is that there is only one ^2`correct' solution even if you can make up another set of two words ^2from the given letters. I feel that this should have been covered. ^2(it also occurs in Daisyagram) ^1 The Maths program is set in a TV games show where you have to answer ^1the sums before your opponent, Frowny Frown. A novel approach to a ^1straightforward question and answer maths program. ^2 After playing the educational games, you should have enough money to ^2play the four fun games on the disk. These are nice versions of ^2popular games featuring Smiley and Frowny. You have a choice of ^2versions of Noughts & Crosses, Four in a Row, a Sliding puzzle and a ^2Bat and Ball game. ^1 There is a chart for you to watch your progress and see how much ^1cash you have accumulated. The games are chosen by clicking on boxes ^1as they slide down the screen. ^2 The presentation is very good - bright and colourful to catch a ^2child's eye - and the graphics will hold a child's interest. It's a ^2pity that a couple of minor mistakes have been left in as this suit ^2of programs must have taken a long time to plan and write. ^1 Overall though great value for your £3.50p. ^7«*»*«*»*«*»*«*»*«*»*«*»*«*»*«*»*«*»*«*»*«*»*«*»*«*»*«*»*«*»*«*»*«*»* \
