Concert box ^6carries on with more advanced music theory, by giving information on ^6sharps and flats. Again it is all beautifully set out and clearly ^6explained. ^7 This program looks really professional and works well. On loading ^7you can choose to read the instructions, look at the music tutorial, ^7get help with entering sheet music into Concert Box or go into ^7Concert Box itself. The sheet music instructions can be dumped to a ^7printer as IFF screens. ^6 This program allows you up to eight pages of music, introduces ^6sharps and flats, supports 7 key signatures, allows the use of ^6semi-quavers, and has a keyboard display option for you to tap out a ^6tune. ^7 The main program has a control panel which offers you buttons with ^7each note and rest value, Page flip, delete note, step through the ^7key signatures, choose instruments, adjust tempo, play song, move ^7back or forward a page, start again, play keyboard, filter on/off and ^7add accidentals. ^6 The panel is Workbench 2 style with a classy grey/blue colour ^6scheme. The notes are put onto the page by simply clicking on the ^6one you want and clicking again at the place you want on the page. ^6If you make a mistake, then all you have to do is select delete note ^6and 'shoot' out your mistake. Choosing your instrument mix is easy, ^6you are given a list of the available instruments. These are Clave, ^6strings, guitar, saxaphone, bass, syn'bass, big synth, drum, ^6blowpipes and tea piano. There are four columns of boxes alongside ^6the instruments and you select one for each channel by clicking on ^6one box from each channel. You can then test the combination as a ^6single note or by playing a song if one is in memory, this is very ^6useful if you are writing a piece of music and want to select the ^6best combination for the tune. ^7 This is a very worthwhile addition to your child's collection of ^7educational programs, it would be useful also for older people who ^7need to know a bit about music in general. ^1|院院院院院院院院院院院院院院院院院院院院院院院院院院院院院院院院院院 \
