^1 As  this  is  the  first  one, I will provide the tips, etc for this
^1issue  of  Totally  Amos.   But  after  this,  I want to see LOADS of
^1letters,  giving  cheats,  hints  and  tips  to  ANYTHING  in Déjà Vu
^1Software, Licenseware or Amos PD.  So send anything to:

^2Ok, lets kick off....

^6                             Dogfight II
^6                             -----------

^7Mainly some tips here.  
 
^7 At  the start, head away from the main pack.  If there are 5 or more
^7planes,  then  you`ll probably be killed straight away.  However, you
^7stand  more of a chance, and more time to think, if you head outwards
^7to the right, and then head in to the action.

^7 Don`t  bother  to  try  and  attack a plane with flamethrowers.  You
^7WON`T do it, his weapons are too powerful.

^7 And  finally,  in Demolition Derby, head away and wait.  Usually all
^7of  the  planes  will collide, and die, and you`ll automatically win,
^7even if you are the last to die.


^2                            Dynamite Dick
^2                            -------------

^1 When  using  the  dynamite, be economical.  Ie, try to take an enemy
^1with you, and more importantly, as many sections of wall as possible.


^4                               Shapes
^4                               ------

^5Just some level codes I picked up....

^5      AMIGA   GREEN

^5      SHAPE

^5I`ve forgotten which levels these are for!


^4                            Magic Forest
^4                            ------------

^2 You`ve  probably found out already, that you just have to change the
^2amount  of  lives you have, by changing the LIVES counter.  You could
^2include the following statement in the mainloop...

^2                         Add LIVES,1

^2You can do this with Amosteroids aswell.


^5                            Give `em Hell
^5                            -------------

^4 As  soon  as the game starts, use your plane to bomb the hell out of
^4the  other  player.   If  he  gets there first though, concentrate on
^4defending,  ie,  get  your tank into the shelter, and get away in the
^4chopper.


^1                             Bunny Blast
^1                             -----------

^2Quite  simply,  LEARN  the movement patterns of the rabbits, and soon
^2enough  you`ll  know where they`ll be, and when.  So you`ll know when
^2to fire.  You can also lead the targets.


^7 I  know  its  a poor offering of tips, but for a first time, with no
^7external  help,  it  does  the  job.  So remember, SEND THOSE TIPS IN
^7NOW!!!

^1 To  add  our  bit  to  this  column,  here are a few tips for JUNGLE
^1BUNGLE,  a  demo version of which is featured on the February Edition
^1of  the  Déjà Vu Catalogue disk.  These tips won't be of much use for
^1the demo version as so much had to be taken out of the program.

^21.  Read the instructions which are on the disk!

^22.   Examine  everything,  leave  no  stone unturned, and talk to the
^2people you meet.

^23.  Remember to keep well supplied with food and water, you won't get
^2far without them, always keep at least one banana in your bag in case
^2the monkey comes along.  Some food items have a good water content so
^2they will increase your thirst factor as well as your energy.

^24.   Some  of the items you find will be of no use to you whatsoever,
^2others are needed to exchange for more useful items.

^25.   Save  your position before attempting something you are not sure
^2of,  then  if  you come to a sticky end, you will be able to load the
^2saved game and try again.

^26.   You  need  two  items to enable you to get out of the snake pit.
^2It's dark and has plenty of snakes!

^27.  The parrot must be satisfied, he holds something vital!

^28.  The natives are friendly!  They will help you.

^1 If anyone is really stuck in the jungle, drop us a line, but only if
^1you  are  at  the  end  of  your  tether!  The game can be completed,
^1honest!
