INTRODUCTION
------------

For some time now AMOS users have tried to harness the power of Workbench
Intuition and insert it inside their own AMOS creations, now Francois
Lionet has created the procedures stored on this disk that allows you to do
just that, and I myself have also added two extra procedures that let you
call the Workbench file-requester, alert-requester and also to use the
close gadget on a window.

WHAT's ON DISK
--------------

You may well ask, there are three program located in the SOURCE directory,
and three compiled programs in the ROOT directory, there are also three
music files in the MUSIC directory (Everything comes in 3 !!!) :-

WB-Intuition.AMOS - A list of procedures that allow you to use the
                            Workbench Intuition.
                            *** Compiled version on disk.

File_Examine.AMOS - This program examines a file and returns the
file type e.g. IFF PICTURE, MUSIC Etc!
                            *** Compiled version on disk.

Speed_Tests.AMOS - This listing contains some speed tests I ran on
AMOS Professinal, and shows you how to get top
                            speed out of your creations.

    AP_Player - A Music-Player written in AMOS Professional
that uses the Intuition procedures and part of
the File_Examine program. It allows you to
play AMOS ABK, MED & SOUNDTRACKER modules.

Oobydooby.ABK - Various music files included for the above.
    MOD.Paradox1
    Starkelsesirap.MED

AP_PLAYER INFO
--------------

Usage: AP_Player <Filename> e.g. AP_Player Ram:Music.ABK

If no filename is given, then the program will try & open the RequestFile
program located in the C directory so you can use a file-requester.

The RequestFile program requires the ASL.Library and the music player
itself needs the AMOS.Library and the MEDPLAYER.Library.
